Sometimes life feels ‘lifey.’ Hard. Overwhelming. Unsettling. Confusing. This can happen through actions we take, or through the actions of others. Often, it is a combination of the two. As complex individuals, we are influenced by the world around us. And, occasionally, we need someone to come alongside us and help us sort through things in a therapeutic and holistic environment. Utilizing a comprehensive approach that considers the whole person, I work with clients who desire the opportunity to uncover (“how did I get here”), discover (explore things about it), and recover (heal) emotionally, physically, and spiritually. If you are interested in taking this step, it would be a privilege to be with you on this very personal and restorative journey.

More than just my work: My passion for connecting with people began as a young journalist and photographer in the Alaska Army National Guard. My growing appreciation for individuals and their stories led me to a career in communications and marketing at Providence. There, I was inspired by the often challenging journey humans face and the incredible strength of the spirit within. Experiencing my own story of recovery in 1999 through a lot of hard work that continues, I pursued my second career in the field of counseling. Born and raised in Alaska, I cherish loved ones, outdoor adventures, and restful time at my cabin.
